Indiana ranks 10th for low auto insurance rates (The Indianapolis Star)
INDIANAPOLIS -- Auto insurance premiums in Indiana were the 10th-lowest in the nation, says a study by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners using 2004-05 data. The average premium in Indiana was $745 a year, well under the national average of $948. Rates were lowest in Iowa.
